Before you pay

What exactly am I paying for?

A yearly subscription to Cloud Storage, giving your account the storage capacity of the plan you selected. You can upload, organize, download, and share files from any browser.

When am I charged, and how often?

You're charged once today for a full year of access, then once per year on the same date unless you cancel before renewal.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing, which opens Stripe's secure billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Who handles my card details?

Stripe. Card entry happens entirely on Stripe's hosted checkout page — Cloud Storage never sees, receives, or stores your card number.

What happens to my files if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted automatically for being over a limit. New uploads are disabled until you free up space or resubscribe, and existing files stay downloadable. Deleted files remain recoverable in Trash for 30 days.
