Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

2. Plans, trials, and billing

New accounts begin with a 7-day free trial capped at 1 GB of storage. To start it, we confirm your card with a $1.00 card check, which is not refunded. Paid plans (Pro and Premium) are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout, through our payment processor, Stripe. Unless you cancel first, your trial automatically converts to a paid Pro subscription at the end of day 7. Storage limits, pricing, and plan availability may change; we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes before they take effect.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Cloud Storage to:

• Upload or store content you do not have the right to store or share.
• Upload malicious software or content intended to harm others.
• Attempt to circumvent storage limits, security controls, or rate limits.
• Use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the files you upload. You grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, and serve your content back to you as part of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your files.

5. Storage limits and over-quota behavior

If you exceed your plan's storage limit, existing files and downloads remain available, but new uploads are disabled until you free up space or upgrade your plan. We do not automatically delete files for being over your storage limit.

6. Data deletion and recovery

Files you delete are moved to Trash and remain recoverable for 30 days before permanent deletion. After permanent deletion, files cannot be recovered.

7. Immediate performance of your subscription

When you start a subscription, we ask you to expressly confirm that you want Cloud Storage to begin providing the service immediately, rather than waiting until any statutory withdrawal period (see Section 8) has ended. We record this request, together with the time you made it. If you are an EU or UK consumer and later withdraw during that period, requesting immediate performance means you may owe a proportionate amount for the service already provided up to that point — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how that is calculated.

8. Cancellation, termination, and statutory withdrawal

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and this does not itself entitle you to a refund. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

If you are a consumer located in the EU or UK, you additionally have a statutory right to withdraw from your first subscription within 14 days, for any reason — a separate process from ordinary cancellation, using the dedicated withdrawal action in Settings → Billing. 9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Cloud Storage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, New System Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Cloud Storage will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming. If you are a consumer located in the EU or UK, this section does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you're entitled to under the law of your own country of residence.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Cloud Storage after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
