Acceptable Use Policy

1. Content you may not store or share

You agree not to use Cloud Storage to upload, store, or share content that:

• You do not have the legal right to store or distribute, including content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Is malicious software, malware, or is designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
• Is illegal in the jurisdiction where you or your recipients are located, including child sexual abuse material, which we report to the relevant authorities without exception.
• Violates the privacy or publicity rights of others.

2. Behavior we don't allow

• Attempting to circumvent storage limits, rate limits, or security controls.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or files.
• Using the service to send spam, phishing links, or other unsolicited bulk content via shared file links.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the service, including through excessive automated requests.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract the underlying source code of the service, except as permitted by law.

3. Malware scanning

Uploaded files are automatically scanned for malware. Files identified as malicious are quarantined and are not made available for download or sharing. Repeated uploads of malicious content may result in account suspension.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, disable sharing links, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, without prior notice where we reasonably believe there is a risk of harm. Where we suspend or terminate an account for a policy violation, our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how this affects billing.

5. Reporting a violation

If you believe content on Cloud Storage violates this policy or infringes your rights, contact us at support@cloudstorage.sh with enough detail (such as the shared link) for us to investigate.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
