What is Cloud Storage?
Cloud Storage is a browser-based online file storage and file management service for individuals and teams. It lets users upload, organize, download, and recover files in personal or team workspaces.
How does Cloud Storage work?
Create an account, upload files through the web app, organize them into folders, and return to them from your browser. Your account shows storage usage, security sessions, and the workspace you are using.
Who is Cloud Storage designed for?
Cloud Storage is designed for individuals keeping personal documents and media, and for teams that need a shared workspace with member, storage, and moderation controls.
What can I use Cloud Storage for?
You can use Cloud Storage for online file storage, organizing documents and media into folders, keeping important files in favorites, downloading files when needed, and recovering deleted files during the Trash retention period.
Can Cloud Storage automatically back up my device?
Not currently. Cloud Storage stores files that you upload through the web app, but it does not currently provide automatic device backup.
Can Cloud Storage synchronize files across devices?
Not currently. Cloud Storage is accessed through the browser and does not currently provide automatic desktop or mobile device file synchronization.
Can I share files with other people?
Yes. Cloud Storage supports public share links with expiration, revocation, and optional password protection, in addition to personal and team workspaces.
How is Cloud Storage secured?
Sign-up, sign-in, and password-reset requests are protected with bot verification. Account sessions use secure, HttpOnly cookies, and you can review and revoke sessions from account security settings. Tenant membership controls access to team workspaces.
How much storage does Cloud Storage provide?
New accounts start with a 7-day trial capped at 1 GB. The current public plans are Pro with 500 GB and Premium with 2 TB, available through Stripe-powered checkout.
Is Cloud Storage free?
Cloud Storage does not have a permanent free tier. New accounts receive a 7-day trial with 1 GB of storage. To start it, we confirm your card with a $1 card check (not refunded); the trial then continues on the Pro plan unless you cancel within the 7 days.
Can I recover deleted files?
Yes. Deleted files move to Trash and can be restored for 30 days before permanent removal.
