Every account starts with a 7-day trial capped at 1 GB of storage. During signup, we confirm your card with a $1 card check (not refunded), and your subscription automatically continues on the Pro plan after 7 days unless you cancel first. Prefer to skip the trial? Subscribe to Pro or Premium directly, monthly or yearly, and get billed right away — no trial, no card check.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your trial gives you 1 GB of storage for 7 days. We confirm your card with a $1 card check (not refunded) when you start the trial, and your subscription automatically continues on the Pro plan after 7 days unless you cancel first from Settings > Billing.
Can I subscribe to Pro or Premium without the trial?
Yes. Use "Subscribe now" on the Pro or Premium plan to sign up and go straight to a paid subscription — no trial period and no $1 verification charge.
What happens if I go over my storage limit?
Existing files and downloads remain available. New uploads are disabled until you free up space or upgrade to a larger plan — nothing is ever deleted automatically for being over your limit.
How long do deleted files stay recoverable?
Files you delete move to Trash and stay recoverable there for 30 days before permanent removal.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Billing controls are available through Stripe's Customer Portal. You can manage a payment method, review invoices, and request cancellation at the end of the current billing period.
